This is a finely carved Celadon and Russet Jade Snuff Bottle, in a flattened rectangular form with rounded, sloping shoulders tapering towards based, with a raised oval elongated foot-rim, and rounded short neck. It is carved, on both sides, with a traditional Chinese Koi Fish, which symbolizes abundance, and wealth, and covers the entire side of the bottle. It is a mostly mottled celadon color ground with splashes of russet on one of its shoulders and on the bottom of the bottle. It comes with stopper that is a combination of orange/red agate with a black collar. This great looking bottle is in excellent preserved condition.
