This is a very finely carved and excellently well-hollowed Clear and Transparent Quartz Crystal Snuff Bottle in a flattened rectangular form with with rounded sloping shoulders tapering towards base; with an elongated oval foot-rim form with a round neck. It is carved with the 'God of Longevity' touching a giant Peach, which is said to be the divine fruit of gods, which is right next to a large Gourd, which is said to hold the elixir of life or immortality. The transparency of the crystal enables us to see the spoon that is attached to an elegantly carved coral stopper, and the thin walls of the bottle, product of the excellent carving done by the artisan who created this outstanding work of art. This excellently made bottle is in remarkable preserved condition.
