This is a very fine, large, well-hallowed, Chalcedony Snuff Bottle of circular bulbous form, with a high neck, a flat wide lip, and an oval foot rim surrounding a shallowly recessed flat foot. The translucent stone has a random mottled pattern of brown and black spots, and a textured burst of white and cream colored pattern on one side of it , nears the bottom, over a grayish and light coffee colored stone ground. It comes with an orange agate stopper with a metal collar. This outstanding looking bottle is in remarkable preserved condition.
