This is a Chinese Faceted Peking Glass snuff bottle; well-hollowed, with metal Jade stopper. This bottle has an octagonal profile, similar to the bottles produced at the Chinese Imperial Palace Workshops during the period 1736-1780 (see photo #8). This bottle is in remarkable preserved condition.
